Can I book without paying?
Yes. Use the booking form to request a date. No payment is taken, and FHP confirms the appointment by email.
Can I buy directly?
Yes, once the service product is available and your vehicle scope has been confirmed. Select your vehicle and stage, review the price, then continue through the cart to checkout.
What are the tuning prices?
Regular prices are 245 OMR for Stage 1 and 275 OMR for Stage 2. The current offer prices are 200 OMR and 235 OMR respectively. Stage 3+ is upon discussion. Additional services are separate unless agreed.
Does Stage 2 include parts?
No. These prices cover custom software. Required hardware is assessed for your exact vehicle and is not included in the software price.
How much is BMW ECU Unlock?
For manufacture years 2017, 2018 and 2019: 45 OMR. For 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024: 95 OMR. ECU identification determines eligibility. Other years need a quotation.
Are tuning figures guaranteed?
No. Results vary with exact engine, ECU, fuel, hardware, vehicle health and measurement conditions. Unsourced results are shown as “Request verified results”.
Why are there several engines for one year?
Engines, outputs, transmissions, emissions versions and chassis can differ within one model year. Match the exact variant and verify the engine code.
What if my year or engine is missing?
Use the manual vehicle field in the booking form. The directory is broad but not an exhaustive list of every market or production variant.
Will tuning affect warranty or insurance?
It may. Check the terms of your vehicle warranty and insurance and disclose modifications where required before commissioning work.
Can I cancel or change an appointment?
Email info@fhptuning.com. The cancellation and refund policy explains how work already authorised is handled.
Is TCU tuning included?
No. Gearbox software availability, scope and price are agreed separately.
Do you sell tuning boxes?
The services described here are custom software calibration. They are not plug-in tuning boxes.
