Send your logs to FHP
Send your log files through the agreed FHP support channel, with your fuel grade, modifications and any symptoms. Record only in a safe, legal setting; never operate your phone while driving.
Review, refine and verify
We review the data, adjust the agreed calibration and request follow-up logs when needed. Mechanical issues may need attention before further tuning. Revisions follow your agreed package.
Setup and file switching
- Install MyFlasher on iOS or Android. Keep a stable internet connection, enable Bluetooth and location services, and disable CarPlay or Android Auto during the operation.
- Park safely, connect a suitable battery charger, turn ignition on without starting the engine, and switch off unnecessary electrical loads. Plug the One into the OBD-II port and pair it in the app.
- Follow the app to read and send the original vehicle data to FHP. Wait for the agreed file, then follow the app prompts to write it. Keep power connected and do not interrupt the process.
- To change calibration, repeat the preparation and flash another FHP-approved file that matches your current fuel and hardware. Wait for the app to confirm completion before disconnecting.

Install MyFlasher, pair the One and follow the app to read your vehicle. Keep a suitable battery charger connected and a reliable internet connection.
Receive your FHP files
We prepare the agreed calibration for your specification and send it to your app. Confirm the correct fuel and hardware before writing.
Flash and stay connected
Follow the app and manufacturer instructions to write the file. Wait for completion without interrupting power. Contact FHP for the revisions included in your package.

Will it work with my car?
Support depends on the exact vehicle and ECU. FHP checks compatibility and any unlock requirements before supplying the package.
Can I use it on another car?
One device is linked to one VIN. A second vehicle needs its own device.
Are extra files included?
AutoTuner allows multiple calibration files. The number and type of FHP files, revisions and support are confirmed in your quotation.
