Information we use
Enquiries may include your name, email, optional phone number, vehicle details, preferred date and the information you choose to send. Orders also require billing and payment-processing information. Do not put payment-card details in contact forms.
Purpose and consent
We use enquiry details to respond, check compatibility and arrange the service you requested. The form asks for consent to this processing. We do not treat a booking enquiry as consent to marketing.
Service providers
Our storefront, email and payment providers process information needed to operate the website and fulfil orders. These providers may process data outside Oman, subject to applicable requirements and safeguards. Payment-card processing occurs through the checkout provider.
Retention and rights
We retain information for the service, support and record-keeping purposes for which it is needed, including applicable legal obligations. Email us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. We will explain any records we must retain and how your request can be fulfilled.

Essential storefront functions may use cookies. The vehicle finder stores your selected vehicle locally in your browser to carry it between pages; it does not store enquiry form contact details. Use the clear-selection control to remove it. Additional analytics or advertising tools require their own appropriate configuration and notices.
