Scope and agreement
FHP Tuning provides the software services specified in your accepted quotation or order. Vehicle compatibility, condition, fuel, hardware, service scope and any additional charges must be agreed before work begins. An enquiry or appointment request is not a confirmed booking.
Customer information and authority
You must have authority to commission work on the vehicle and provide accurate details of its condition, modifications, existing software, faults and intended use. Tell us about any change in hardware or fuel after calibration.
Prices and payment
Advertised Stage 1 software is 200 OMR (previously 245 OMR); Stage 2 is 235 OMR (previously 275 OMR). Stage 3+ is upon discussion. BMW unlock fees are separate: 45 OMR for manufacture years 2017, 2018, 2019; 95 OMR for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024. Applicable taxes and agreed additional costs are disclosed before payment. Your accepted order or quotation records the final scope and total.
Vehicle assessment
We may pause or decline work if the vehicle, ECU, supporting hardware or intended use is unsuitable. We will explain the issue and agree any revised scope. If we cannot supply a prepaid service and no authorised work has been performed, we refund the unsupplied service.
Performance and responsibility
Power references are not guaranteed FHP results. Calibration may affect warranty coverage, insurance, emissions compliance and component service life. Customers must check the requirements applicable to the vehicle and its use. This does not remove FHP’s responsibility for its own work or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Software and later changes
The commissioned calibration is for the agreed vehicle and configuration. Redistribution or resale of FHP software requires written permission. Dealer software updates or later hardware changes may overwrite or invalidate the calibration; further work is quoted before it starts.
Support and disputes
Contact info@fhptuning.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
